1. Environmental Program
ChipX’s environmental protection policy is guided by our belief in the importance of corporate integrity and commitment to long-term partnerships with our customers and the community. Setting high standards in these areas are important to the future growth of the company.
As part of ChipX's commitment, the Company strives to build and maintain best-in-class environmental management systems and programs. We want to be an environmentally friendly enterprise characterized by continual improvement. Incorporate our environmental management system into the overall organizational management system. Take the initiative to reduce waste production and prevent pollution by introducing and developing environmentally friendly technology into design, production, and operation. Educate employees about environmental ethics and practices.
2. Environmental Management Policy
We shall make efforts to maintain and improve the environment through the activities of education of resources and reduction of waste substances. We shall observe the law, X12 regulations, customer requirements and other requirements and carry out the protection of the environment. We shall establish and implement the goals and objectives based on the condition of the business and revise it when necessary. We shall implement the regular audit and management review to improve environmental performance and we shall continuously improve our environmental system.
IV. Internal Quality Audit
ChipX conducts periodically internal audits of the Quality System as determined by the schedule generated and published by the Lead Auditor according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. The Quality Systems Audit applies to the quality system and all its applicable elements, to processes, to products, and to services.
V. Control of Quality Records
ChipX controls quality records following the instructions for control of records listed in the CQM: Corporate Quality Manual. Each site develops and maintains procedures, standards, guides, templates, forms, work instructions, and other controlled documents deemed necessary for effective operation of the business. These documents are maintained in an Intranet based document management system, which is accessible to all corporate entities and business units, worldwide; and to all employees at their place of business.
The retention periods and the authority for the disposal of records is defined and recorded. Access to quality related records is made available to a customer or his representative as required by contract or agreement.
VI. Product Qualification and Reliability
ChipX strives to ensure the quality and reliability performance of our products meets or exceeds internal specifications as well as industry standards and individual customer requirements. Quality and reliability of our products are assured through new wafer process qualifications, new product qualifications, stringent statistical process control (SPC) monitoring of wafer and assembly processes, materials inspections, and product reliability monitor program consisting of wafer level reliability (WLR) and package level reliability monitor.
