The CX4000 Structured ASIC family is based on 0.25µ technology using 3 layers of programmable metal, and supports performance levels up to 125 MHz. This family is targeted at a variety of medium performance applications in the consumer, industrial, medical and aerospace markets. The CX4000 combines the reliability and low cost advantages of mature silicon manufacturing technology with the fast design turnaround time of ChipX's Structured ASIC technology. The CX4000 family is ideal for ground-up digital ASIC designs, FPGA replacements and obsolete component re-targeting projects.
