Medical Plan

ChipX offers the choice of an HMO or PPO medical plan, including prescription coverage, for employees and their dependent(s).

Dental Plan

ChipX offers a competitive dental plan for employees and their dependent(s). Participants may go to the dentist of their choice.

Vision Care

ChipX employees and their dependent(s) are eligible for vision care benefits.

Section 125/Flexible Benefits Plan

ChipX employees are eligible to enroll in Section 125/Flexible Benefits Plan. This is an excellent tax benefit allowing employees to defer funds from their pre-tax salary – up to $10,000 for the unreimbursed medical account and $5,000 for the dependent care account.

401(k) Benefits

ChipX employees are eligible to enroll in the ChipX 401(k) plan the first of the month following three (3) months of service. Employees may defer up to 20% of their income or $10,500 per year, whichever sum is greater.

Stock Options

ChipX employees are awarded stock options at time of hire. The company also has an annual "Evergreen" stock grant plan for eligible employees.

Life Insurance

ChipX provides $50,000 Life Insurance coverage for every employee.

Long-Term Disability Coverage

ChipX provides long-term disability coverage for all employees.
