Sony Certificate of Green Partner

ChipX has received the Sony Certificate of Green Partner. This coveted document certifies that the ChipX Environmental Management System complies with the strict Sony specific procedures for reducing or eliminating environment related materials in devices procured by Sony. 

Sony established the Sony Green Partner standards in July 2001 with the aim of encouraging suppliers such as ChipX to introduce products that are designed and produced to minimize environmental impact. 

RoHS

ChipX offers RoHS compliant devices. The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment".  This Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants. 

ISO9000

ChipX Certificate of Registration ISO9000 is an international Standard that specifies requirement for the ChipX Quality Management System. Our certification to this standard demonstrates our ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements.The Corporate ChipX Quality Manual and all ChipX site Quality Management Systems are designed to operate within the requirements of ISO9001:2000.
